It operates through three key segments: the Paint Stores Group, which provides architectural paints, coatings, protective and marine products, and OEM finishes primarily to contractors and do-it-yourself homeowners via over 4,900 company-operated stores; the Consumer Brands Group, offering paints and related items through mass merchandisers, home centers, and hardware stores under brands like Valspar, Dutch Boy, Krylon, Minwax, and Thompson's Water Seal; and the Performance Coatings Group, delivering highly-engineered solutions for construction, industrial, packaging, and transportation markets in more than 120 countries.
