Argan Inc. is a construction company that, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, delivers comprehensive engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, maintenance, project development, and technical consulting services primarily to the power generation market. Its Power Industry Services segment focuses on designing, building, and commissioning large-scale energy projects, including biomass plants, wind farms, battery storage, and solar fields, serving independent power project owners, public utilities, power plant equipment suppliers, and commercial firms. The Telecommunications Infrastructure Services segment provides project management, construction, installation, and maintenance for telecom networks. The Industrial Fabrication and Field Services segment offers on-site support for new plant construction, maintenance turnarounds, shutdowns, and emergency mobilizations at industrial plants. Argan Inc. operates in the United States, Republic of Ireland, and United Kingdom, playing a key role in power infrastructure and energy transition initiatives.
