These upscale select-service hotels primarily serve business and leisure travelers in urban, high-end suburban, and developing markets with diverse demand drivers and proximity to key amenities. Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. is self-managed and internally advised, utilizing an in-house team of hospitality professionals to oversee property management, revenue optimization, and asset-level operations. The company generates income solely from hotel revenue through wholly-owned subsidiaries that lease properties managed by unaffiliated hotel management companies.
