Dauch Corporation is a leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier that designs, engineers, and manufactures driveline and metal forming technologies to support electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. It operates through two primary segments: Driveline and Metal Forming. The Driveline segment provides front and rear axles, driveshafts, differential assemblies, clutch modules, balance shaft systems, disconnecting driveline technology, power transfer units, rear drive modules, and electric and hybrid driveline products and systems. These components serve light trucks, sport utility vehicles, crossover vehicles, passenger cars, and commercial vehicles. The Metal Forming segment produces axle shafts, ring and pinion gears, differential gears, transmission gears, shafts, and suspension components for original equipment manufacturers and Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
