It operates through five key segments: Refining, Renewables, Marketing, Lubricants and Specialties, and Midstream. The Refining segment manages multiple refineries across Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah, and Washington, focusing on processing crude oil into light products. Renewables production occurs at facilities in Wyoming and New Mexico, emphasizing sustainable diesel fuels. The Marketing segment supplies fuels to over 1,700 branded stations and licenses the Sinclair brand to additional locations, primarily in the Southwest U.S., Rocky Mountains, Pacific Northwest, and neighboring Plains states. Lubricants and Specialties involves base oils and specialized products manufactured in the U.S., Canada, and the Netherlands, serving global markets. Midstream provides transportation, terminalling, storage, and throughput services for petroleum products and crude oil.
